Temp Depot never charges a buy-out fee.  Once the employee has reached 650 hours of employment you may retain them as a permanent employee at no additional charge.  The 650 hours serves as a probationary period during which you can evaluate the employee’s dependability, work ethic and proficiency in completing assigned duties.

CLIENT INVOLVEMENT
  
Temp Depot encourages your participation in the hiring process. We will provide you with several qualified candidates from which to choose.  The client interviews each candidate and determines the rate of pay with consideration to current pay levels, experience of the candidate and specific assigned duties.

completion of the probationary period.
