The Temp-to-Hire program allows you to "try out" an employee before he or she becomes a regular employee on your staff. Your company contracts for an associate and pays an hourly bill rate. If you wish to make an offer of employment, there is no additional fee to you, after the 650-hour requirement is met. If you wish to make an offer of employment before the 650 hours, you will be billed for the remaining hours plus our hiring fee. After either the 650 hours or the pro-rated fee obligation has been fulfilled, the Temp Depot associate becomes your employee.
